Since inception, our goal has been to bring the best Ethiopian coffee while making sure the communities which have grown this remarkable crop for centuries can also benefit along with us.<br><br><strong>Sourcing the Best Ethiopian Beans:<\/strong><br>From its birthplace, Ethiopia, coffee is famous for its unique taste and flavor. We believe that we have to keep a direct relationship with our farmers to make sure we get only the best beans. By closely working together with local farmers in places like Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, and Harrar, we make sure our coffee portrays the rich diversity and heritage of Ethiopian coffee. Such careful selection ensures that only the best cherries get into our processing facilities. Handpicking enables us to ensure quality since each cherry is subjected to a close examination if it has reached the perfect size, ripeness, and color.<br><br><strong>Quality Processing and Roasting:<\/strong><br>After being cherry-picked, the cherries are either processed naturally-what is called dry processing-or washed, commonly referred to as wet processing. Both processing methods bring about different flavor profiles in the coffee. Our roasting process is both an art and science. At Abnoel Coffee, we roast our beans to perfection, using state-of-the-art equipment to bring out the unique flavors of each batch.
